Why am I unable to open the messages in my inbox from buyers?

The ability to open messages is limited to paid members of MFG services.

MFG services paid members are able to open messages from buyers.  If you are unable to open a message you will need to reach out to your account executive to discuss how to upgrade your account to access the messages in your inbox.
