MFG allows buyers the ability to select the level of NDA requirement to allow manufacturers to access their RFQ information.
Intellectual property protection is a core aspect of MFG's marketplace, with that in mind we allow buyers to two different NDA levels to accomondate their needs.
1st level NDAs are based on the standard MFG NDA terms that all supplier must accept before being able to access RFQ information.
2nd level NDAs are based on a custom NDA that the buyer uploads into the application. The buyer must explicitly approve suppliers who are acknowledging 2nd level nda acceptance. The 2nd level NDA gives buyers discreet control over which suppliers may or may not access their RFQs.
