# What is the buyer profile and what can I do with it?

## This feature is available exclusively to subscribers of MFG’s manufacturer services. activity on MFG.

**Buyer Profile Overview**  
The **Buyer Profile** gives you valuable insights into potential customers, including their details and historical RFQ activity on MFG.

To access a Buyer Profile:

1. Click the buyer’s name on any RFQ.

2. A mini-profile will appear on the right side of your screen.

3. Select **“View Full Profile”** to open the complete profile.

The Buyer Profile includes:

- Ratings and reviews
- Pricing trends
- Award patterns
- Historical RFQ activity

These insights help you better understand each buyer and strengthen your chances of winning future RFQs.
