# What does the standard MFG NDA cover?

## MFG has a standard NDA that buyers can use to protect their RFQs when they post them on the marketplace.

### Standard NDA Overview

The **Standard NDA** protects the confidentiality of your project files and data. Suppliers may only use this information for quoting and manufacturing purposes — never for external sharing or other use. You can review the full NDA language below.

**Best practice:** Use the Standard NDA for faster project launches. If your organization has strict compliance policies, you can upload your own custom NDA instead.

**NDA Terms:**  
All data and attachments related to this RFQ are the property of the **Buyer** — the individual or company that created and posted the RFQ.

Information shared in this RFQ is provided solely for the purpose of preparing quotes, conducting engineering reviews, evaluations, design, quality control, or receiving inspections. This proprietary information must remain confidential and may only be shared with those who have a legitimate need to know. It may not be used or disclosed, in whole or in part, for any other purpose without the Buyer’s written consent.
