View RFQ Insights:
Within each RFQ, open the RFQ Insight tab to see key engagement metrics — including how many suppliers have viewed, accepted the NDA, marked for quoting, submitted quotes, or declined.
Best practices:

If you see high views but few quotes, review your RFQ for missing files, unclear details, or tight deadlines.

Follow up with suppliers who viewed or marked for quoting — a quick message often turns interest into an actual quote.
- If you decide to go with a MFG supplier, make sure to mark that quote as "Awarded."
