## The MFG Manufacturer directory is used to help search thousands of custom part manufacturers around the world.

### Using the MFG Manufacturer Directory

The [**Manufacturer Directory**](https://www.mfg.com/manufacturer-directory/) is one of the most powerful tools on MFG. It lets you **actively search for and connect with suppliers**, rather than waiting for quotes to come in. Buyers who use the Directory for proactive outreach consistently see **more engaged suppliers** and **higher-quality quotes**.

#### How to Use It

1. Go to the **Manufacturer Directory** from your dashboard or through a web search.
2. **Search** by process, location, capabilities, or certifications (e.g., ISO, ITAR, 5-axis machining).
