How do I Update My Email Signature With my RFQ Intake Link

Adding your private RFQ link to as many places as possible, including your email signature, is a great way to build awareness and encourage potential partners to send projects your way.

Each email service provider has slightly different directions when getting your signature updated.  Please see instructions for many of them below.


Gmail (Web)
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right).
Select See all settings → scroll to the Signature section.
Click Create New (or edit your existing signature).
Paste the sample signature above.
Highlight “Request a Quote → [Your RFQ Link]” and click the 🔗 link icon to insert your RFQ URL.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Outlook (Desktop App)
Open Outlook.
Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
Click New, name your signature, and paste the sample text.
Highlight “Request a Quote → [Your RFQ Link]” and click the Link button to add your URL.
Choose the signature for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.

Outlook (Web / Office 365)
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right) → View all Outlook settings.
Select Mail → Compose and reply.
Under Email signature, paste your signature.
Highlight and hyperlink your RFQ link.
Check both boxes for “Automatically include my signature…”
Click Save.

Apple Mail (macOS)
Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
Choose your email account and click + to create a new signature.
Paste the signature text.
Highlight the RFQ link text → Right-click → Add Link → paste your URL.
Drag the new signature to make it the default if desired.

Yahoo Mail
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon → More Settings → Writing email.
Toggle Signature to “On.”
Paste your signature into the text box.
Highlight the “Request a Quote” text → click the Link icon → add your RFQ link.
Click Back to automatically save.
