In some scenarios where a supplier may want to outsource some work they can not do, posting an RFQ as a buyer is a good avenue to pursue.
If your company cannot complete certain work internally, posting an RFQ as a buyer is a great way to outsource those projects to other manufacturers.
If you already have a manufacturer account, you can create a buyer profile simply by clicking on the dropdown menu in the top-right, scrolling down to Account Type and then clicking "Create Buyer Account".
