      How to Handle Supplier Issues:

      Depending on the severity and issue, there are several different options when it comes to handling an issue with a supplier.  

      1. Message/reach out to the supplier directly through MFG to try and resolve the issue.

      2. If needed, leave a review on their profile to inform other buyers.

      3. For serious concerns, contact MFG Support.

      Be sure to review the Terms & Conditions, which outline dispute resolution procedures and buyer protections.
