# How do I get my profile validated so I can begin using MFG.com?

## Steps to get your profile added to the platform

To have your account **validated** on MFG, you’ll need to upload both a **company logo** and a **website link**. This verification helps other users recognize you as a legitimate business — building trust and strengthening your visibility on the platform.

**If you don’t have a logo:**

- Use a screenshot of your company letterhead.
- Upload a branded image from your customer-facing materials.
- Create a simple placeholder logo using a free online design tool.

Taking these small steps not only meets the validation requirement but also boosts supplier confidence in working with you.

After you submit an RFQ, our team performs a quick review to confirm it meets basic quality standards (e.g., files attached, clear description provided). While under review, the RFQ status will show as **Pending Approval**. Once approved, it becomes **visible to suppliers**.
