How to Cancel Your Subscription


If you’re experiencing an issue with your account, billing, or quoting experience, our support team will be able to help — reach out via Contact MFG in your account menu before canceling.


If you’d still like to proceed, here’s how to cancel your monthly Professional Pack subscription.

Please note: Canceling stops your subscription from renewing. You’ll keep full access to your current plan through the end of your current billing cycle.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Click your email address in the top-right corner of the screen to open the account dropdown.

  2. Under My Account, select Billing.

  3. In the Your Plan section, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Cancel Subscription, then follow the remaining steps to confirm.
