# Can't find your profile in the Manufacturer Directory?

## Tips on how to search for your company in the directory

If you are unable to locate your company profile in the MFG Manufacturers Directory, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Review your profile information  
\- Open "My Company Profile" from your MFG dashboard  
\- Under the "Contact Us" tab, make sure your address and phone number fields are fully filled out.  
\- Confirm that your information is up to date and accurate. Sometimes outdated or incomplete details can prevent your profile from showing up correctly in the directory.

Step 2: Contact Support  
If your profile information looks complete and correct but your profile is still missing from the directory, please contact our Support Team at support@mfg.com. Be sure to include your profile details and a description of the issue to help us troubleshoot and resolve as quickly as possible.
